I've been to multiple dealerships in search of my next vehicle. Weeks of online browsing calling dealership after dealership traveling anywhere from 20 miles to 90 miles. I felt like no one wanted to sell me what I wanted just what they wanted to get rid of. For example I would really like to have a hemi oh ok here's a GT we have. Went to buckeye told them the same thing everyone from the salesman manager and finance manager made sure they would find me something that I wanted. Thank you Buckeye for helping me out I will never buy a car from anywhere else. Will send you anyone that I know that's in the market.

I have had great dealership experiences and some horrid ones. This dealership does everything the right way, and you can tell they legitimately care about their customers and will go above and beyond for their customers. It’s obvious they prioritize long lasting relationships over the here and now sale/ commission. Deal with absolute confidence.

Fast recall appointment done right on time as promised

I recently was in need of tire replacements. After calling various places, only to be told they didn't have the tires I needed in stock and would take a couple of days to get. Then I would need to book an appointment about two weeks or more wait. I called Buckeye Super Store. I spoke with Adam Ogdon, he was able to order tires that arrived the next day and got me an appointment right away. I only had to wait two days, because of the weekend. Adam was very professional, kind and courteous. Very helpful.

The speed and the work was exceptional and I was well taken care of . It was a great experience across the board.

Worked with Matt Ball on purchasing a used Kia EV6 to replace my current one whose lease was ending. At the last moment Kia offered me a huge discount on buying mine out so I did not go through with buying here, BUT Matt was super helpful answering questions taking additional pictures and videos, etc. I especially appreciate that he didn't try to hide or gloss over any issues. He clearly pointed out some small paint defects. I've worked with other sales people that would have left that as a surprise for me after making the long drive out. Highly recommend this dealership.

Buckeye Super Store Jeep, in Shelby had a Jeep that my wife and I really liked on Facebook. I called the dealership and spoke with Derek Zehner, the salesman about this vehicle. I told him that we were coming up to look at it and we’re a hour away. He said he would have it ready for us to see and test drive. Upon arrival Derek had it ready for us. He explained the vehicle to us and we test drove it. The process was very smooth, no pressure or back and forth. After that we purchased the vehicle. Derek was very professional, attentive to all our questions. Thank you Derek and staff.

I felt as though my truck was the most important vehicle they had to work on. The service people are extremely friendly and helpful and the technicians did a great job. Great experience, only had my jeep for half a day, still had a loaner ready.

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.

Always have a great experience buying vehicles here. I just bought a brand new vehicle, and the process was smooth. This is the 4th vehicle(I believe) that I have gotten here and have never had an issue. I will say that the vehicle I got was being driven by someone and it had not been cleaned yet so we scheduled the cleaning, and my car was washed on the outside but I thought I was getting a full clean, inside and out, since it hadn’t been done. I may have been mistaken. Otherwise, everything was great and will always come back to get vehicles.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Matt, the sales associate , was very helpful in assisting with my decision. He is definitely a salesman who can be trusted. I was wavering on my decision between three vehicles, and Matt had been listening to my preferences. He helped me make my decision on the vehicle that had all the features I wanted, and was also a better deal financially. I was referred to Buckeye Superstore by two people who have had good luck with purchases and service over the years through this Dealership, and I am very grateful I was referred.

I was getting ready to leave town for the weekend and noticed the tire pressure in one of my tires was low. I called the service department late Friday afternoon and they repaired the tire right away so I didn’t have to cancel my plans. They deserve more than five stars.

Keynan was so nice helped us through the whole process and even bought us lunch, we have never had anyone do that for us !!! Everyone there is really nice. If you are looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend Buckeye Superstore!!!

Everybody was super helpful! I was not looking forward to shopping for a new vehicle but they made it a pleasant experience.

Everything was good Buckeye was one of the few dealerships that do oil changes on Saturday that was very convenient for me. They were very courteous and on time with a good price.

They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. He did a great job. Friendly guy that clearly takes pride in his work and was extremely careful with my car. Much appreciated.

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.
