Evan is an awesome sales person! I went in with a budget, i knew what i was willing to spend mid September, and this was firm. Didn’t have what i wanted, of course there were other vehicles. Not what i wanted, and out of my price range. Evan kept in contact with me for a month and a half, very patient, kind, and personable. 41 days later I bought a Jeep Cherokee!

The Buckeye Superstore was wonderful to work with. They saved us $5000 compared to purchasing through our local Chrysler Dealer. Everyone we dealt with was very professional and they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The sales manager Chris, salesman Mike and the finance manager Fred were all straight shooters. The price they told me over the phone was the price we paid to the penny. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to the Buckeye Superstore. The salesman Mike must have spent an hour showing my wife how to operate all of the electronics in the van. They knew that we picked up our kids from school and then drove two hours to get there. When we arrived they were wonderful with our kids and showed them to the lounge area and offered them snacks and drinks. After we left the dealership to head home my wife pulled over to the side of the road to start a movie for our kids. Chris the sales manager was driving by and he stopped to make sure that everything was OK. Everyone we dealt with there was extremely friendly and helpful. These folks keep their word and know how to treat customers. If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend that you give the Buckeye Superstore a call.

My truck was taken in the shop in a timely manner. The problem was diagnosed quickly & accurately. The staff went above & beyond to procure the parts needed for the repair. My whole experience with Buckeye Superstore was very positive. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else for repair!

I never write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I cannot say how great and easy it was to deal with Buckeye for my new Jeep. Just like a few other reviews I to live out of state. Upon purchase I needed the vehicle shipped to New York. Working with Mike in sales along with Fred in Finance was hassle free and straightforward. There were no bait and switches, everything was up front and communication was stellar. Easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. Especially since it can be nerve racking dealing out of state. However, the purchase process and shipping of the vehicle should speak volumes to their dealership and customer service. I highly recommend Buckeye and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Very pleasant office and staff. Professional salesperson and finance people. The car was not as clean as it could be so I had them take back to clean it. When they brought it back out it still had some marks on it but we live 1.5 hours away and just wanted to get on the road home. I would definitely recommend this dealership

I honestly hate purchasing a new vehicle. Truly. It is such a painstaking process. Until now. Chris (now Sales Mgr) sold my husband his last two trucks and had a great experience at Buckeye so when it was time for me to trade that was the first place we looked. From the time we walked in the door I had the best team-selling experience with Nate and Chris. They were both very honest and straightforward about our deal and how they were able to help us, and they both have the best personalities. I found a 1500 limited listed at a wonderful price at Buckeye so I reached out to inquire about it. Matt from the Buckeye team reached out and was prompt, professional, and very straightforward with no fluff which I greatly appreciated. We didn’t come to terms on a deal (my fault for overvaluing my trucks trade in value), but I left greatly impressed by the team at Buckeye. I highly recommended doing business with this bunch. I recently was in need of tire replacements. After calling various places, only to be told they didn't have the tires I needed in stock and would take a couple of days to get. Then I would need to book an appointment about two weeks or more wait. I called Buckeye Super Store. I spoke with Adam Ogdon, he was able to order tires that arrived the next day and got me an appointment right away. I only had to wait two days, because of the weekend. Adam was very professional, kind and courteous. Very helpful.

My wife and I bought our first wrangler in 2010 from a different dealer. Four years later we went to trade it in on another wrangler. That didn’t happen in fact we left vowing to never go back. So next we found ourselves at the Buckeye Superstore in Shelby. There we did trade on a new wrangler and in fact have been back several times over the years to trade for a newer model. The staff at Buckeye always treats us fair on our trade and our new Jeep. We actually have been dealing with the same few people over and over again which shows that they must do a good job of retaining there staff. Mike Monroe has become our guy and I would recommend him and The Buckeye super store to anyone.

Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.

Always have a great experience buying vehicles here. I just bought a brand new vehicle, and the process was smooth. This is the 4th vehicle(I believe) that I have gotten here and have never had an issue. I will say that the vehicle I got was being driven by someone and it had not been cleaned yet so we scheduled the cleaning, and my car was washed on the outside but I thought I was getting a full clean, inside and out, since it hadn’t been done. I may have been mistaken. Otherwise, everything was great and will always come back to get vehicles.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. He did a great job. Friendly guy that clearly takes pride in his work and was extremely careful with my car. Much appreciated.

I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

I had a very great experience. Spoke to Nate regarding my trade prior to driving out from Columbus. Once I was at the dealership Nate greeted me and it wasn’t too long before a deal was being written up. Financing got me a better interest rate than my credit union. All said and done, it seemed like I was in and out. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

All we can say..is what an easy and carefree process in buying our Gladiator..This is because of every kind and caring employee that goes to work each day to please & treat every customer like a family member. This place is Awesome, they go way out their way to make things happen, found me a New Rubicon that had all the options I wanted, their was only one in a 300 mile range and we are over 2 hours away from this dealership and they meet us have way. Always, very friendly and helpful. They even reminded me I had purchased the extended warranty on my car that was totaled, so I got the cash back on that. They also reminded me that since my car was totaled, I should be getting reimbursed from the insurance company and showed me what form to send to them. So they go above and beyond, To be helpful
