Always great to schedule an appt. Service advisors always let us know what is going on with our vehicles, multiples of them! Thank you, Buckeye! Our Wrangler 4xE’s (2), have very under-performed! When we have had to take the ‘24 with 4000+ miles in for service!!! Jeep (Stellantis) hasn’t figured that out yet! The ‘21 is in the same boat!!! Please Jeep/Stellantis figure out technology to make my 20,000+ mileage work.

Even was my sales rep. He was absolutely amazing, someone who you could actually see yourself being friends with. He was very personable and extremely easy to connect with. They did not have exactly what I was wanting in a 2025 Jeep Wrangler so Evan walked us through, step by step to custom order exactly what we wanted. I wanted a Sahara but the Sahara did not come in the Mojito color that I wanted. So Evan explained that we could go with a Sport S and add any and/or all the Sahara options that I wanted (aside from the matching body color top). After placing our order, it only took like 27 days for us to get it. I was shocked that it only took that long to build my custom Wrangler from scratch. I absolutely LOVE my Wrangler and I may never do business with anyone, other than Buckeye, ever again. I have bought many vehicles in my time and this was by far my best experience that I've ever had. Even the closing of the deal took less than 20 minutes... probably would have taken less but I talk a lot. Lol

Where do I start. First of all, I want to give a big thanks to John, Fred, and Chris for their outstanding customer service and teamwork. John was the salesman that helped me not only get into the vehicle I wanted, but he really did make the whole experience worthwhile. He listens, empathizes, and gets work done! Chris, the salesman director; went above and beyond to get my deal to where I wanted to be. No gimmicks, pressure; or miscommunication. Lastly, the finance director Fred; finalized my purchase and made sure that I was completely informed and comfortable with signing any paperwork. At the end of the day, I recommend driving from out of town, even if it’s hours away like I had to; to do business with these fine people. I will be back for myself, family; and friends. Can't say enough good things about this dealer. I found a truck online that definitely had my name on it. Bert and Mark were awesome to work with. I really appreciated that they took a single female from way across the country seriously. I live in AZ and had to fly to Ohio. Bert picked me up at the airport and everyone was extremely sufficient, thorough and knowledgeable. My experience was great. I got an amazing used truck with very low mileage at a great price. Thank you for making me feel welcomed, respected and selling me a great truck. I had to drive to Ambrose GA to pick up a 7'X12' enclosed trailer and then back to AZ. The truck towed great. Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.

Always have a great experience buying vehicles here. I just bought a brand new vehicle, and the process was smooth. This is the 4th vehicle(I believe) that I have gotten here and have never had an issue. I will say that the vehicle I got was being driven by someone and it had not been cleaned yet so we scheduled the cleaning, and my car was washed on the outside but I thought I was getting a full clean, inside and out, since it hadn’t been done. I may have been mistaken. Otherwise, everything was great and will always come back to get vehicles.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

I had a very great experience. Spoke to Nate regarding my trade prior to driving out from Columbus. Once I was at the dealership Nate greeted me and it wasn’t too long before a deal was being written up. Financing got me a better interest rate than my credit union. All said and done, it seemed like I was in and out. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

All we can say..is what an easy and carefree process in buying our Gladiator..This is because of every kind and caring employee that goes to work each day to please & treat every customer like a family member. This place is Awesome, they go way out their way to make things happen, found me a New Rubicon that had all the options I wanted, their was only one in a 300 mile range and we are over 2 hours away from this dealership and they meet us have way. Always, very friendly and helpful. They even reminded me I had purchased the extended warranty on my car that was totaled, so I got the cash back on that. They also reminded me that since my car was totaled, I should be getting reimbursed from the insurance company and showed me what form to send to them. So they go above and beyond, To be helpful
