Found a gem at this dealership four and half hours away, and everyone there was helpful and kind. Keynen was fantastic to work with through texts, videos and even a FaceTime call that allowed me to look over the vehicle the best I could from almost 300 miles away. Wife and I decided to take a chance and drove to the dealership to see and test drive in person. Keynen did not misrepresent the vehicle and it was worth the trip; the dealer even took care of an unexpected mechanical issue at their expense before we drove it home. Cannot say enough good things about Keynen, Fred and the entire dealership. The worst part is they are so far away from us because we would definitely do business with them again! Highly recommend!

Derick Zehner was amazing for a newbie salesman. Keynen Zachman did awesome whenever Derek reached out for assistance. Both of these young men showed great respect to my mother who uses a walker. They were on point opening doors and holding doors and just everything you would like to see a young man do they were on point I could not be happier with the vehicle that I was sold, it is not what I went in to get, but it is the best one that I could’ve walked away with thank you again so much for such an awesome experience.

Best dealership to go to when your a first time car buyer This place was very professional works very well with you with options to chose from and I was only in their for a half an hour and same day I went home with a beautiful jeep definitely recommend this place and Mike was very kind and will come again!.

Recently had a horrible experience with another dealer and took a trip with the wife to Buckeye Superstore. Both of us walked out with newer vehicles and the team at Buckeye Superstore were all easy to deal with. Never felt pressured and Fred the finance manager was the best I’ve ever dealt with, literally explains everything and stayed late to answer all of our questions. 10/10 would recommend

Always have a great experience buying vehicles here. I just bought a brand new vehicle, and the process was smooth. This is the 4th vehicle(I believe) that I have gotten here and have never had an issue. I will say that the vehicle I got was being driven by someone and it had not been cleaned yet so we scheduled the cleaning, and my car was washed on the outside but I thought I was getting a full clean, inside and out, since it hadn’t been done. I may have been mistaken. Otherwise, everything was great and will always come back to get vehicles.

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Matt, the sales associate , was very helpful in assisting with my decision. He is definitely a salesman who can be trusted. I was wavering on my decision between three vehicles, and Matt had been listening to my preferences. He helped me make my decision on the vehicle that had all the features I wanted, and was also a better deal financially. I was getting ready to leave town for the weekend and noticed the tire pressure in one of my tires was low. I called the service department late Friday afternoon and they repaired the tire right away so I didn’t have to cancel my plans. They deserve more than five stars.

Everything was good Buckeye was one of the few dealerships that do oil changes on Saturday that was very convenient for me. They were very courteous and on time with a good price.

They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. He did a great job. Friendly guy that clearly takes pride in his work and was extremely careful with my car. Much appreciated.

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

I had a very great experience. Spoke to Nate regarding my trade prior to driving out from Columbus. Once I was at the dealership Nate greeted me and it wasn’t too long before a deal was being written up. Financing got me a better interest rate than my credit union. All said and done, it seemed like I was in and out. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

All we can say..is what an easy and carefree process in buying our Gladiator..This is because of every kind and caring employee that goes to work each day to please & treat every customer like a family member. This place is Awesome, they go way out their way to make things happen, found me a New Rubicon that had all the options I wanted, their was only one in a 300 mile range and we are over 2 hours away from this dealership and they meet us have way. Always, very friendly and helpful. They even reminded me I had purchased the extended warranty on my car that was totaled, so I got the cash back on that. They also reminded me that since my car was totaled, I should be getting reimbursed from the insurance company and showed me what form to send to them. So they go above and beyond, To be helpful

Absolutely great experience with these guys. We stopped in just to shop around to see what they had. Allen was Absolutely professional and got me pretty much everything we'd asked for . Tho they got me around 35 bucks higher than what I wanted. But thats only because I get the best extended warranty they offered. And they changed the oil and put new tires on it free of charge. Can't ask much more than that. After my truck is paid off . Ill be going back for a new ride of my own . The wife is very happy with her new car. Thank you guys so much . 5 stars all day !!!

I was getting ready to leave town for the weekend and noticed the tire pressure in one of my tires was low. I called the service department late Friday afternoon and they repaired the tire right away so I didn’t have to cancel my plans. They deserve more than five stars.

They handled the TSB, ordering of parts, and repair and silence of the brake noise on my Redeye Hellcat. Just had my annual oil change done on my hellcat. This was performed by Vinnie. He did a great job. Friendly guy that clearly takes pride in his work and was extremely careful with my car. Much appreciated.

I came here with almost zero hope of being approved for anything at all but luckily I gave it a shot. I reluctantly text Penny yesterday (11/4) and told her my exact situation, no cash, a less than desirable trade-in with $5k still owed, credit that would make a grown man cry. She said come on in and let's see what we can do for you. She then suggested I see Andy. So I went in first thing in the morning (11/5) and sat down with Mister Andy Shepard and explained my situation. I still have next to zero hope at this point. We went for a test drive in a nice little Kia Soul. I'd mentioned I was interested. He disappears for a few mintues, comes back, drops some paperwork on the table and says, there ya go, we got you approved! I literally had tears of joy. All that said, I'm the proud recipient of a 2020 Kia Soul with only 40k miles. They even let me try some local pizza they ordered, that was a nice treat. I absolutely highly recommend this establishment. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. Excellent work by the entire staff, kudos to you all. Thank you all so much for this life changing experience.

I had a very great experience. Spoke to Nate regarding my trade prior to driving out from Columbus. Once I was at the dealership Nate greeted me and it wasn’t too long before a deal was being written up. Financing got me a better interest rate than my credit union. All said and done, it seemed like I was in and out. Probably the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

This place is Awesome, they go way out their way to make things happen, found me a New Rubicon that had all the options I wanted, their was only one in a 300 mile range and we are over 2 hours away from this dealership and they meet us have way. They also reminded me that since my car was totaled, I should be getting reimbursed from the insurance company and showed me what form to send to them. So they go above and beyond, To be helpful
